
Katherine J. Noel
Attorney
Katherine J. Noel, (Kathy) born Indianapolis, Indiana February 19, 1976. She attended Western High School, graduating in 1994. After High School, Katherine attended Franklin College (Indiana) where she pursued a Major in Political Science and a Minor in Sociology. Katherine was a Varsity member of the Women’s Basketball Team at Franklin College and an active member of Pi Beta Phi. Upon graduation in 1998, she pursued her law degree at Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington. She received her J.D. in 2001 and was admitted to the Indiana Bar, November 19, 2001.
Katherine is a member of the Howard County, Indiana State and American Bar Associations. She has served as Secretary-Treasurer, Vise-President and President of the Howard County Bar Association. Katherine has served on the Kokomo Event Center/Automotive Heritage Museum Board 2004 –June 2012. She has also served on the Local United Way Board. Katherine was appointed to the Indiana State Ethics Commission by Governor Eric Holcomb in 2018 and appointed Chair of the commission in 2019 and continues to serve in that role. Prior to her appointment to the State Ethics Commission, she served on the State Employee Appeals Commission for six years.
Katherine is a third generation Lawyer at Noel Law in Kokomo, Indiana. She returned to her hometown to join her father in the practice of law in 2001. Katherine took over the family firm prior to her father’s retirement in 2012. Her practice is focused in the areas of Insurance Defense Litigation, General Litigation, Criminal Defense and Family Law.
When Katherine is not practicing law, she enjoys mountain biking, skiing, surfing, hiking and anything outdoors.

Brant J. Parry
Attorney
Brant was born and raised in Kokomo, Indiana. He graduated from Kokomo High School in 1992, and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio from 1992-1996. Following his graduation from Miami, Brant began law school at The University of Denver, College of Law in Denver, Colorado. Being a Hoosier through and through, Brant transferred to Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana to complete his law degree. Brant earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in 1999.
In January 2000, Brant opened the Parry Law Office in Kokomo. In 2003, he was joined by his father Dennis H. Parry, who was also an attorney. During his legal career, Dennis Parry served as the Howard County Public Defender, Howard County Prosecutor, and Judge of the Howard Superior Court I. He joined the Parry Law Office immediately after retiring from the bench after 23 years as judge. In April 2011, Governor Mitch Daniels appointed Brant the Judge of the Howard Superior Court II. Brant served as Judge for the next 12 years, retiring from the bench on December 31, 2023. During his tenure as Judge, Brant was elected by the citizens of Howard County on two occasions, and he created the Howard County Veterans Court and the Howard County Mental Health Court. He served on the board of many civic and charitable organizations including The United Way, Special Olympics, Mental Health America of Howard County, The Y’s Men of Kokomo, The Valley of Grace, Acacia Academy, and Kokomo United Baseball & Softball. Brant joined Noel Law in 2024, immediately after retiring from Superior Court II. He focuses his practice on criminal defense, general litigation, estate planning, business litigation, and insurance defense.
Brant has been married for 20 years to Emily, also from Kokomo, and they have one son. Outside of work, Brant enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, watching movies, and traveling to new and exciting places.
